Cancellation Policy We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, to ensure we can accommodate all of our clients effectively, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged for the missed appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Should you need to make changes to your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Color Correction policy: All color corrections/transformative colors require a consultation prior to the service. These colors take quite a bit of time and a nonrefundable deposit is required upon booking the service. The deposit will go toward the completed service. All color corrections are required to sign a waiver before service is started. Phone Number Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
